If you used naming conventions when completing your project in-app, you can then use Excel's find & replace function to improve the formatting of your items within the Excel spreadsheet.

Find & replace on a PC (Windows)

Separate your prefixed items into groups

  1. Insert additional lines to separate out your prefixed groups
  2. Give those groups a heading name

Find & replace

  1. Open the "Find and Replace" window
  2. Enter the prefix text you're looking to find & replace on (EG: "!LC - ")
  3. Make sure "Replace with" is empty
  4. Click "Replace All"
