Open the Edit Window

On the selection you want to change, click “Edit” to open the editing window (shortcut = E).

There are 2 different types of editing actions:

  1. Removing elements
  2. Adding elements

Removing Elements

This is best used to make minor removals and “tidy up” your selection.

  1. Start with your mouse on a blank/white part of the edit window.
  2. Click & hold.
  3. Drag your mouse pointer over the elements you want to remove from your selection.
  4. Click “Save Edit” (shortcut = E).

Adding Elements

This is most useful when using the “Deselect All” button first.

  1. Click “Deselect All” (shortcut = D).
  2. Start with your mouse over a solid element.
  3. Click & hold.
  4. Drag your mouse pointer over the elements you want to add back into your selection.
  5. Click “Save Edit” (shortcut = E).
